Indiana`s story

Indiana kom inn i mitt liv i mai `02.

Jeg var på besøk hos Anna i Finland etter at Indiana`s bror, Murre, som jeg eide, omkom i en ulykke. Jeg hadde bestemt meg for at jeg gjerne ville ha en saluki til fra Anna og reiste derfor over for å hilse på. Det var da vi kom på idèen om at jeg kunne ha et valpekull på Indiana for å slippe å vente i minst 7 mnd (rabiesvaksine) for å importere fra Finland.
Sommeren `03 kom Anna til Tammsvik med Indiana og hun ble med meg hjem til Oslo.

Indiana slo seg raskt til ro hos Robin og meg og de ble fine venner.

Høsten `03 ble hun parret med Caspar, Nuch Shafaq Mozart Melodie, og 4 des nedkom hun med de tre skjønneste valpene verden har sett.

Den ene valpen, Leia, skulle tilbake til Finland sammen med Indiana. I februar `04 kom Anna og hentet dem. Jeg ville gjerne beholde Indiana, jeg var jo blitt så glad i henne, og en dag fikk jeg mail fra Anna at om jeg fremdeles ville kunne Indiana flytte til Norge for godt. Gjett om jeg ville det da. Så i mai kom hun tilbake og tronet inn i leiligheten og ga klar beskjed til både Robin og Qui at hun kun hadde vært på ferie, men var nå kommet tilbake for å bli så her var det bare å adlyde dronninga.

Og siden har hun vært her, til stor glede for både meg og de andre hundene.

Hun elsker å løpe Lure Coursing, hvor det virkelig gnistrer om labbene, ikke fullt så glad i utstilling, men hun gjør nå jobben sin der også :-)

Indiana came in to my life in may `02.

I was visiting Anna in Finland after Indiana`s brother, Murre, as I owned, died in a tragic accident. I had already decided to have another saluki from knl. Vapours and we come up to the idea that I should have the next litter in Norway.
So the summer `03 we met at Tammsvik Sweden and Indiana came with me to Norway.

She loved Robin from the first sight and they got to be the best friends in the world.

Autumn `03 she was breed to Caspar, Nuch Shafaq Mozart Melodie, and 4th of dec she gave birth to the most beautiful pups the world had seen.

The female pup, Leia, was Anna`s and in february`04 she came and picked up both her and Indiana back to Finland. I really wanted to keep Indiana so I was really happy the day Anna e-mailed and asked if I possible still wanted her. YES :-) So in may she came back, as a queen she walked into the house and told Robin and Qui she had only been on a short vacation, but now she`s back and please do as I say :-)

She loves Lure Coursing and does it well. Not so happy about dog shows, but she is doing her job in the ring too.
